The Striders, also known as the Adherents of the Marching God, or Marchers, are an obscure religious faction in Newtown that are recognisable by their red robes and are composed predominantly of ley line walkers and other mages, with several Hrossa among their number. Biggs has suggested that they have some connection to The Doghouse and is currently seeking their aid in the matter of the mouldstone

Through Biggs, Patch has met Tark, one of the senior members of the order.
