The Pilgrims are apparently a powerful crime family whose influence spreads across a wide region of the Splinterzone. Various rumours have them as the descendants of Ares, or that there is demonic blood in the family. They control the Ghost Parliament and therefore the Newtown Militia and the city of Newtown. Not much else is know about them, except for a reference to ‘The Siblings’ as prominent members of the family in Newtown.
