The Sil’ess Arms Warehouse, formerly owned by Steig and now controlled by Riffkin, can be accessed via an elevator that rises from a terminal in the Hob, then travels up the outside of Newtown as the city tapers, reaching the warehouse in the lower levels of the Spookfall district.
