Derrick controls a transport route between the Hob district of Newtown and Rock Bottom, smuggling people and goods back and forth, mainly providing a way for individuals to avoid the militia and lay low for a while. Having assisted members of the mutant community, Derrick is one of the few regular human patrons of Zooropa, and has assembled a crew of augmented mutant enforcers.
