Charlie is a one-eyed mutant iguana who runs bazaars for arms and armour both inside and outside the Newtown crater (Totem district and the Spatters). He is a friend and ally of the party, has had some dealings with Riffkin, and knows a little about Sil’ess artifacts and the situation with Steig. As a prominent member of the mutant community, he is known at Zooropa and employs a staff mainly composed of chimpanzee apeboys.
